These inner and outer burners allow you to control the head in the center and outer ring of the Evo so you can crank up the center to steakhouse searing temperatures while you slowly sauté mushrooms and onions on the outer diameter of the grill top. Two easy-light control knobs allow you to control both grids or one at a time for convenience and efficiency.

Surface temperatures range from a low simmering 225°F to a searing hot 550°F and the circular design of the Evo cooktop allows for even edge-to-edge surface temperature that cannot be accomplished in a traditional square shaped griddle.

For easy clean-up the Evo features a stainless steel drip pan which completely surrounds the cooking surface to catch all food, oil and drippings. Separate spill over trays hold liquids and are discreetly hidden away behind the front doors at the right and left sides of the control panel.
